Senior Clinical Research Associate (Remote)

About the role

ICON Strategic Solutions is hiring a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA III) for its Adelaide office, working remotely. As part of a sponsor-dedicated team, you will oversee and manage clinical trial activities so they follow protocol, regulatory requirements and industry standards. ICON describes itself as the world's largest FSP organisation, with over 90 sponsor partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead clinical trial monitoring tasks with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
• Monitor sites to ensure adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements and GCP standards
• Conduct site visits to assess performance, resolve issues and support successful trial execution
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting
• Train and guide site staff and other CRAs
• Build relationships with site personnel and stakeholders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
• Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate with a strong understanding of trial processes and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and projects at once
• Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
