Senior Client Executive

About the role

Dentsu is hiring a Senior Client Executive in Sydney to act as the day-to-day link between its agency and two clients: a jewellery brand and a skincare brand. You will help shape and deliver media campaigns across all channels, with a focus on outdoor and digital, and will work directly with clients from day one. The team has nine members, from Associate to Client Partner.

Key responsibilities

• Campaign planning and delivery: develop and run integrated media campaigns, turn client briefs into media strategies, manage the full campaign process (planning, booking, optimisation, tracking, reporting) and keep campaigns on time, within budget and to agreed KPIs.
• Client management: build strong relationships with client stakeholders, present responses to briefs, post-analysis campaigns and parts of quarterly business reviews, and keep budgets, timelines and reporting accurate.
• Media planning and trading: use planning and buying tools for cross-channel planning, monitor performance and support optimisation.
• Financial management: support budgeting, forecasting and financial reconciliation, lead monthly financial reporting and client invoicing where required, and ensure activity matches client agreements and internal procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in media planning and buying across multiple channels; social or outdoor experience is preferred but not strictly required.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and comfort with numbers, forecasting and reporting.
• Confident communicator able to present insights clearly to client stakeholders.
• Self-sufficient, proactive and solutions-focused, ready to take ownership of a client patch.
