Senior Change Management Lead

About the role

The Senior Change Management Lead will design and implement the change strategy for a large‑scale operating model transformation. Working closely with senior leaders across multiple regions, you will ensure lasting business outcomes and embed new ways of working throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive change strategy for a complex enterprise transformation.
• Partner with senior executives to align change initiatives with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of Change Managers, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and executive influencing across matrixed structures.
• Deliver impact assessments, communications plans, and adoption strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale business and operating model transformations.
• Strong background delivering change within complex, matrixed organisations.
• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and executive influencing skills.
• Experience building change strategies, impact assessments, communications, and adoption plans.
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience of change professionals.
• Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services sectors.
• Prosci, APMG, or similar change‑management certification.
• Exposure to Agile delivery environments.
