Senior Business Banking Manager – Parramatta

About the role
The Senior Business Banking Manager will drive new customer acquisition for ANZ’s Business & Private Bank in Parramatta. You will build and maintain relationships with brokers, real‑estate agents, accountants and business owners, delivering whole‑of‑business finance solutions that grow funds under management.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and leverage a deep network of broker and professional relationships.
- Drive a structured weekly operating rhythm to sustain strong sales momentum.
- Use data and insights to identify and engage potential and existing customers.
- Make cold calls as part of the acquisition strategy.
- Collaborate with internal ANZ stakeholders to solve complex financing problems.
- Deliver excellent customer outcomes and experiences.
Required profile
- Proven business development experience with a focus on commercial outcomes.
- Experience in credit assessment and credit management.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and meet customer and strategic priorities.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with brokers, accountants and real‑estate agents.
