Senior Business Banking Manager

About the role

The Senior Business Banking Manager will drive new customer acquisition and grow funds under management for ANZ’s Business & Private Bank. Working closely with brokers, real‑estate agents, accountants and business owners, you will deliver comprehensive finance solutions that help customers start, grow or run their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and leverage a deep network of broker and professional relationships.
• Drive a structured weekly operating rhythm to sustain strong sales momentum.
• Use data and insights to engage existing and potential customers and identify opportunities.
• Make cold calls as part of the acquisition strategy.
• Collaborate with internal ANZ stakeholders to solve complex client problems.
• Deliver excellent customer outcomes and experiences.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience building relationships and delivering commercial results.
• Experience with credit assessment and credit management.
• Strong ability to plan, prioritise and meet customer and strategic priorities.
• Solid commercial acumen with a focus on efficiency and outcomes.
