Senior Banking Consultant

About the role
As a Senior Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a customer‑centric experience by identifying and prioritising the full range of financial needs of clients. You will educate customers on convenient banking options and provide professional advice to help them achieve their financial goals, including guiding them through the home‑buyer journey.
Key responsibilities
- Act as an initiator and role model for ANZ products.
- Support the Branch Manager in implementing ANZ’s retail strategy and daily branch operations.
- Provide customers with home loan, insurance, investment and transactional services.
- Maintain a thorough “know your customer” approach from a risk perspective.
- Deliver a positive, relationship‑based experience that addresses complete financial needs.
Required profile
- Prior experience developing strong relationships in a customer‑focused role.
- Significant experience in financial services.
