Senior Analyst – Business Consulting

About the role

Join a boutique business consulting firm in Melbourne as a Senior Analyst. You will work on a diverse portfolio of engagements, including growth strategy, mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and restructures, while contributing to a collaborative and enjoyable culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic advisory projects for a range of clients, translating complex information into clear, practical outputs and presentations for directors and clients.
• Assist and contribute to transaction processes such as M&A, capital raising and other advisory engagements.
• Take ownership of deliverables, managing timelines and collaborating closely with the wider team.
• Develop analytical skills by working on interesting businesses and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Approximately 3 years of accounting/auditing experience, preferably from a Big 4 or mid‑tier firm.
• CPA or CA qualification (or working towards).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commercial mindset.
• Ability to advise on a range of complex business issues.
