Senior Accountant - Business Advisory

About the role

RSM Australia is seeking an experienced Accountant to join its Business Advisory team in the Busselton office. The role sits within a practice team that manages a client base, working closely with partners and clients across diverse industries to provide strategic advice, prepare financial statements and oversee tax compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals.
• Provide strategic business advisory services and practical solutions to clients.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax legislation.
• Work in a team of professionals in a collaborative and supportive way.

Required profile

• CA/CPA qualified (or near completion).
• Experience in business advisory.
• Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of businesses in the Busselton / Margaret River area.
• Strong technical knowledge, communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work autonomously.
