About the role
Join a leading security solutions provider as a Security Service Technician, responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining a wide range of alarm, CCTV, intercom and access control systems. The role involves direct interaction with key customers and rapid response to service call‑outs.
Key responsibilities
- Install and service alarm, CCTV, intercom, access control and integrated security systems.
- Provide preventative maintenance for alarm and CCTV installations.
- Collaborate with customers on technical and service matters.
- Respond promptly to service call‑outs and deliver exceptional customer service.
Required profile
- Valid Security Licence, Open Registration Cabling Licence and White Card.
- Valid driver’s licence and minimum three years’ experience as a service technician in the security industry.
- Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Integriti, Concept 3K/4K, Concept, Tecom, Hills Reliance and Bosch alarm panels.
- Experience with CCTV analogue and IP systems, IP video and intercom systems.
