About the role
Join Johnson Controls' project team in Sydney to lead security projects, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and prepare project deliverables from initiation through execution.
- Lead projects to meet performance, financial and OHS&E standards.
- Manage customer and contractor relationships effectively.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in security/EACs post‑qualification.
- Extensive commercial security operational experience.
- Electrical trade qualification with understanding of electrical drawings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Security/EACs solutions expertise.
- IT, network communication and PC hardware configuration.
- IT networking understanding.
