Security Officer – Sydney CBD

About the role

MSS Security, one of Australia's leading security companies, is recruiting Security Officers, CCTV control room operators and Senior Security Officers for high-profile client sites across Sydney CBD. Sites include corporate, banking, commercial and other premium environments, with roles at Level 2 to Level 4 pay grade under the SSIA award.

Key responsibilities

• Foot and mobile patrols
• CCTV and control room operations
• Access control and visitor management
• Incident response and report writing
• Locking/unlocking and site security
• Supporting site operations and security teams

Required profile

• Certificate II in Security Operations
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Valid NSW Security Licence
• Full working rights in Australia
• Previous control room or senior security experience is highly regarded

Required skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional presentation and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
