About the role

Join the Van Cleef & Arpels boutique in Chadstone for a seasonal, fixed‑term position running from October to March 2027. You will work alongside sales associates to deliver the luxury brand’s renowned customer experience during the busy festive period.

Key responsibilities

• Support boutique sales associates by providing attentive, high‑quality customer service.
• Engage each client with personalized hospitality and product knowledge.
• Help maintain the boutique’s visual standards and ensure a seamless shopping environment.
• Contribute to the overall brand experience that the Maison is known for.

Required profile

• Previous experience in client‑facing roles within retail, hospitality or hotel environments.
• Passion for luxury products and a strong commitment to exceeding client expectations.
• Legal right to work in Australia (including Working Holiday Visa holders).
• Availability for the entire October‑to‑March period.
