Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to lead our organic search strategy and boost visibility across traditional and AI‑driven search experiences. This hands‑on position will own on‑page SEO execution, keyword and intent strategy, content optimisation, and performance analysis while also writing and refining web copy as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve on‑site SEO strategy aligned with marketing priorities and business goals.
• Write and optimise SEO‑friendly web copy for key pages, landing pages, metadata, headings, and CTAs.
• Run content audits and optimisation sprints to improve rankings, reduce cannibalisation, and build topical authority.
• Apply GEO/AEO techniques—entity‑focused writing, Q&A formats, schema‑ready structures—to improve performance in AI‑assisted search.
• Monitor organic performance (rankings, CTR, traffic, conversions) and recommend improvements.
• Support SEO requirements for content migration, redirects, and transition to a headless CMS.
• Guide content contributors and stakeholders on SEO best practices and CMS usage.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in SEO, organic search optimisation, or closely related digital roles.
• Strong on‑page SEO fundamentals: keyword research, intent mapping, internal linking, content architecture.
• Proven ability to write clear, effective, SEO‑friendly web copy.
• Practical experience with GEO/AEO techniques.
