Scrum Master – Salesforce Projects

About the role

Infosys Consulting is seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for Salesforce‑based solutions within the Telecom domain. The role involves coaching the team, ensuring smooth sprint execution, and collaborating with architecture and solution teams.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and act as a servant‑leader for the Scrum team.
• Document design details and capture implementation notes against user stories.
• Engage with architecture and solution teams during design reviews and key decisions.
• Coordinate with product owners to align backlog priorities and delivery timelines.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodology and experience as a Scrum Master.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce design, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce Industries (formerly Vlocity).
• Familiarity with Telecom BSS‑OSS processes, consumer product ordering flows, and related domain knowledge.
