SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant – Perth

About the role

We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant to join Deloitte’s HRT2 team in Perth. In this permanent position you will support multiple clients by handling incident and change requests, ensuring payroll processes run smoothly and comply with Australian legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve incident and change tickets across SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on Payroll and Employee Central.
• Provide solutions, work‑arounds and clear communication to customers throughout the ticket lifecycle.
• Ensure all payroll and GL postings are balanced and reconciled.
• Investigate errors, troubleshoot unexpected outcomes and raise issues with SAP when required.
• Maintain and enhance procedural documentation and user reporting.
• Stay compliant with Australian legislative and reporting requirements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically Employee Central and Payroll.
• Experience with additional modules (Learning, Performance, Onboarding, Recruitment, Reporting) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, compliance and reporting.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage deadlines and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Professional communication and presentation skills.
