SAP Ariba Consultant

About the role

Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to lead the design, implementation and support of SAP Ariba solutions for clients in Melbourne. The role involves working in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and delivering end‑to‑end source‑to‑pay transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution design, development and implementation of SAP Ariba modules such as Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement and Supplier Management.
• Manage project deliverables, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget completion and client satisfaction.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to drive successful adoption of SAP Ariba solutions.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the Ariba landscape.
• Coordinate integration with SAP S/4HANA and third‑party systems, including EDI/XML interfaces.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience with SAP Ariba, including 2‑3 full life‑cycle implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with clients.
• Strong knowledge of source‑to‑pay processes and catalogue management.

• Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG)
• EDI/XML integration experience
• SAP Ariba certification (highly desirable)
