Sales Representative - Timber Windows and Doors

About the role

A trusted timber window and door manufacturer is recruiting a full-time, field-based Sales Representative based in Greater Sydney. The role reports directly to a Director and focuses on growing new business with builders, architects and homeowners, turning first conversations into long-term trade accounts. Immediate start is available.

Key responsibilities

• Win new sales across builders, architects, trade accounts and homeowners throughout Greater Sydney
• Build and manage a pipeline of builder relationships that delivers repeat work
• Brief the estimating team on live jobs and follow quotes through to deposit
• Generate your own leads and get in front of decision makers on site and in the studio
• Keep the CRM current so the pipeline is clear at a glance
• Work with the Director at weekly check-ins to shape the territory

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, including opening new accounts from scratch
• Existing relationships with Sydney builders are a strong advantage
• Self-motivated, able to generate your own leads
• Strong organisation so quotes, follow-ups and site visits stay on track
• Current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle

What we offer

• $100,000 base salary plus superannuation and a $12,000 car allowance
• Bonuses up to $14,000 in year one and up to $20,000 thereafter
• Year-one targets phased by quarter
