Sales Representative - Power Tools

About the role

Bosch's Power Tools division is looking for a Sales Representative / ASM to join its team. The role is home office based and covers the Gold Coast, Northern Rivers and Central Queensland regions, with local and regional travel. It includes a mobile phone, laptop, iPad and the use of a tool of trade vehicle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and execute territory plans to meet sales and profit targets and grow market share
• Plan and manage customer relationships and develop new business opportunities
• Present and promote product releases and promotional activities to build brand awareness
• Train internal and external stakeholders on all products in the range
• Provide feedback on market trends, activities and competitor information
• Give accurate sales forecasts and run initiatives to close gaps or optimise opportunities
• Attend trade events, new store openings and scheduled associate conferences and meetings

Required profile

• Proven sales experience and success (essential)
• Planning, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to follow sales excellence processes and standards
• Market, competitor and product knowledge, and business acumen
• Attention to detail, self-discipline and availability for regular state and occasional interstate travel
• Australian citizenship or Australian work rights

Required skills

• CRM software
• Tableau or similar web-based reporting tools
• MS Office and MS Teams
• Power tools, hardware or trade experience is highly desirable; end-user call experience is advantageous
