Sales Representative

About the role

Wurth Australia is seeking a full‑time Sales Representative to join its Hobart team. You will act as the primary contact for customers across automotive, construction, industrial and related sectors, promoting the company’s extensive range of fixing and assembly solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in the assigned territory.
• Identify opportunities to increase product usage and present technical benefits to clients.
• Prepare accurate quotations, follow up on leads and close sales to meet individual and team targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system and coordinate stock, delivery and after‑sales support with internal teams.
• Plan and execute regular on‑site visits throughout Hobart and surrounding regions.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales and business development experience, preferably in automotive, construction or industrial markets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with a focus on pipeline management.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the territory.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and resilient.
