Sales Operations Specialist

About the role

Join Johnson Controls in Windsor, Brisbane, as a Sales Operations Specialist supporting the Pacific sales function. You will drive operational efficiency, ensure data integrity, and enable sales success through process mastery.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve sales processes aligned with GTM policies, documenting workflows and driving adoption.
• Monitor Salesforce data quality, initiate cleanse motions, and enforce data governance.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and PowerBI visualisations for capacity planning, pipeline health and field efficiency.
• Promote best practices in Salesforce usage and act as the champion for the system as the single source of truth.
• Collaborate with operations teams on standardized processes, onboarding/off‑boarding, and sales cadence support.
• Analyse operational bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions to boost productivity.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Analytics.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end sales operations processes.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical and process‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Self‑starter with a collaborative spirit and bias for action.

Required skills

• Salesforce (experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.com).
• Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI proficiency.
