Sales & Marketing Coordinator – Hotel

About the role

As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator you will support the Commercial department of our hotel by handling administrative, marketing and sales tasks. You will help increase the property’s visibility, manage digital channels and ensure smooth client interactions. This position offers a chance to develop your hospitality and marketing expertise in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate brand platforms and maintain the hotel’s digital presence across websites and social media.
• Assist the sales team with lead management, proposals and event coordination.
• Update and manage sales databases, including Opera Sales & Catering.
• Create and distribute email campaigns and promotional content.
• Support the preparation of sales reports and market analysis.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera Sales & Catering or similar sales database.
• Creative design skills using Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
• Familiarity with website management, social media platforms and email marketing tools.
