Sales Manager – North Central Queensland

About the role

Liberty Oil Australia is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead growth across North Central Queensland. You will be responsible for expanding the customer base and driving profitability within a defined geographic area that includes Charters Towers, Hughendon, Barcaaldin, Claremont, Mackay and Bowen.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies that increase revenue, gross profit and improve debtor management.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging risks to protect and grow the customer portfolio.
• Contribute to business‑wide strategy, commercial projects and P&L performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure financial targets and operational discipline are met.
• Uphold regulatory compliance and company standards while modelling organisational values.

Required profile

• Proven sales leadership experience with accountability for revenue, profitability and debtor management.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience influencing P&L outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective customer relationships and drive business growth.
• Experience analysing market trends and responding strategically.
• Leadership skills with a focus on teamwork, ethical behaviour and risk management.
