Sales Force Effectiveness Manager, Australia & New Zealand

About the role

Galderma is looking for a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager to join its Commercial Excellence team at the Sydney head office. The role drives SFE across Australia and New Zealand, simplifying and aligning approach and execution across the three SFE pillars: customer coverage plans, sales incentive design and deployment, and efficient sales operations. It is a full-time position with one day per week working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Influence, lead and drive across all SFE pillars
• Coach sales leaders on generating insight from CRM usage
• Develop and implement processes and governance for salesforce and sales operations excellence, aligned before deployment
• Support alignment of reporting and provide insights on the activities that drive performance
• Own the Sales Incentive Plan, including target setting, design, reporting, insight generation and feedback
• Maintain expert knowledge of CRM and other systems, ensure accurate CRM data and support business continuity
• Ensure territory and opportunity planning is in place and drive business improvement across Business Units
• Support broader Commercial Excellence projects and cross-functional initiatives

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in sales force effectiveness, sales analytics, commercial operations or a related field
• Prior experience in a manager or senior analyst role highly regarded
• Proven track record of leading SFE initiatives and improving sales performance
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or aesthetics industry strongly preferred

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools, especially Microsoft Excel or Power BI
• CRM understanding (Salesforce, Veeva or similar)
