Sales Executive – Building Supplies (Perth)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Executive to join a leading building‑supply specialist in Perth. You will work with high‑end commercial construction and shop‑fitting projects, driving new business and expanding existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new sales pipelines within commercial construction, shop‑fitting and interior fit‑out sectors across Perth.
• Manage and grow relationships with Tier 2 & Tier 3 commercial builders, subcontractors and architectural specifiers.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to provide product solutions, from drawing review to material delivery.
• Monitor upcoming retail, hospitality and office fit‑out projects in Western Australia to generate leads.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or client‑facing roles with a track record of prospecting, relationship building and closing deals.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities, able to juggle multiple opportunities and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable using CRM or sales‑management software and standard office tools.
• Goal‑oriented, resilient and proactive in achieving sales targets.
