Sales Execution & Activation Executive

About the role

Galderma, a dermatology company active in about 90 countries, is hiring a Sales Execution & Activation Executive in North Sydney. This is a permanent, full-time hybrid position with one day per week working from home. You will support the smooth running of sales operations by coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships and supporting the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Sales coordination: assist with order processing, inventory management and logistics
• Relationship management: build and maintain relationships with customers, partners and internal teams
• Sales support: provide administrative and operational support to the National Business Manager - Grocery and the sales team
• Sales training: support training and onboarding of sales teams on product knowledge, sales techniques and company policies
• Contract management: help manage customer contracts, including negotiations, renewals and compliance
• Data analysis: analyse sales data, market trends and customer insights to support decisions
• Sales reporting: generate regular sales reports and dashboards tracking performance, KPIs and targets
• Financial support: assist with budget tracking, expense management and financial reporting
• Regulatory compliance: keep up with industry regulations so sales activities meet legal standards

Required profile

• Ideally a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales force effectiveness, sales analytics, commercial operations or a related field
• Prior experience in a manager or senior analyst role highly regarded
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or aesthetics industry strongly preferred
• Proven track record of leading SFE initiatives and improving sales performance

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools, especially Microsoft Excel or Power BI
• Understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce or Veeva
