Sales Consultant - Garage Doors (Mobile Showroom)

About the role

An established garage door specialist serving the Penrith region, offering a range of roller and sectional garage doors, is introducing a Mobile Showroom concept that brings its products to customers' homes. The position converts qualified leads into confirmed sales through in-home consultations and a free measure and quote service, managing a designated territory with a fully equipped mobile showroom.

Key responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales through in-home consultations
• Provide free measure and quote services using a consultative approach
• Prepare accurate quotes and recommend product upgrades
• Manage the territory to meet sales targets and conversion ratios
• Plan and group appointments to maximise productivity
• Maintain CRM records, reporting and competitor information
• Work with lead generation, installation and technical teams

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a results-driven, customer-focused approach
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
• Strong organisation and time management, able to work autonomously
• Professional presentation and confidence representing a reputable brand
• Ability to explain technical product specifications
• Attention to detail, commitment to learning and development

What we offer

• Pay of $70,000 - $80,000 plus super, van and communications (around $5,000 - $15,000 per month)
• Commission of an additional $5,000 - $15,000 per month
