About the role

Join Hugo Boss as a Sales Consultant at our Claremont store, working either full‑time or part‑time. You will create inspiring shopping experiences, using your styling expertise to help clients look and feel their best while driving store sales.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling advice.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through relationship building and CRM data collection.
• Support merchandise processes, including stock management and loss prevention.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Interest in fashion and a strong sense of style.
• Ability to work effectively in a team to meet business goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
