Sales Centre Agent – Part‑time (Hybrid)

About the role

Join the NRMA Parks & Resorts Sales Centre team to handle inbound calls and make reservations for holiday stays. This part‑time, hybrid position offers flexibility with a minimum of two office days per week and the opportunity to work from home.

Key responsibilities

• Answer guest enquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information and converting enquiries into bookings.
• Deliver exceptional service, resolve issues on first call, and manage complaints, feedback and general enquiries in line with policy.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of NRMA Parks & Resorts products to identify and convert sales opportunities.
• Use multiple systems (reservations, telephony, email) efficiently to process bookings.

Required profile

• Experience in a call‑centre, reservations or sales environment.
• Proven ability to work towards KPIs and performance targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a professional phone manner.
• Reliable, punctual and able to be phone‑ready at the start of each shift.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Newbook reservation system (desirable).
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong computer/typing skills.
• Comfort using multiple systems simultaneously, including telephony platforms.
