Sales Associate - Real Estate

About the role

Elders is looking for a Sales Associate to join its growing team in Toowoomba on a permanent, full-time basis. The role suits people interested in real estate and offers progression within the Elders real estate market. On-the-job training and support are provided, with learning from experienced sales agents within an established sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with open homes and inspections
• Provide support to vendors and buyers
• Prepare listing and presentation materials
• Develop and distribute marketing materials
• Prepare comparative market analysis (CMA) documents
• Support property settlements, including pre-settlement checks
• Manage databases
• Support general administration as required

Required profile

• No years of experience needed: the right attitude, work ethic and desire to succeed
• Great communicator, friendly, with strong people skills
• Self-motivated, with a positive can-do attitude
• High level of organisation and time management
• Current driver's licence
• Certificate IV in Real Estate, or willingness to obtain it
