Roving Compliance Trainer

About the role

Join our CSI Training division as a Roving Compliance Trainer, delivering high‑quality training and assessment across Western Australia’s diverse project sites—from the Pilbara’s red dirt to the Goldfields. This permanent, FIFO‑based position offers variety, travel, and the chance to make a tangible impact on safety culture throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Nationally Recognised Training, VOC and site‑based training sessions in line with MRL Training Systems.
• Promote and support MRL Training Standards, mentoring authorised assessors.
• Assist sites in meeting compliance training requirements and identify training gaps.
• Review plant and equipment programs, providing feedback to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop training packages, plans and maintain accurate training records per RTO standards.

Required profile

• Current Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent – essential.
• Demonstrated experience in a relevant discipline such as mine haulage or similar.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of applicable legislation and industry standards.
• Adaptable, experienced and able to work independently on a rotating 8:6 roster.
