Room Attendant

About the role

As a Room Attendant at Mantra Melbourne Airport you will be part of the Housekeeping team, ensuring guest rooms are spotless and welcoming. You will work in a dynamic airport hotel environment, delivering high‑standard cleanliness and supporting guests throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms and sanitising surfaces.
• Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys with required supplies.
• Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning materials.
• Respect guest privacy and security at all times.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cleaning or room attendant role is a plus.
• Warm, welcoming communication style.
• Strong attention to detail and efficient time management.
• Physical ability to move between rooms and use stairs.
• Reliable transportation and availability for shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Use of standard cleaning equipment and materials.
