About the role
As an RF Analyst and Operator you will apply technical expertise to collect, analyze, and interpret complex radio frequency data, providing time‑critical recommendations to support national security missions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for digital RF detection, conditioning, and analysis.
- Collect, combine, and validate data from multiple sources to generate actionable intelligence.
- Collaborate with requirements managers, operators, and analysts on new analytic methods and technologies.
- Provide time‑critical recommendations under pressure to senior stakeholders.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience with digital RF detection and conditioning.
- Ability to work a 24/7 shift rotation.
- Active TS/SCI clearance (polygraph willingness required).
- HS diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Required skills
- Digital RF detection techniques.
- RF operations activities.
- Specialized government tasking, exploitation, analysis, and visualization tools.
- Understanding of information requirements and oversight policies.
