About the role
As an RF Analyst and Operator you will leverage your technical expertise to support national security efforts by providing actionable information and context to government clients. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, delivering time‑critical recommendations and collaborating with a range of technical specialists.
Key responsibilities
- Develop strategies to collect, analyze, and validate complex RF data from multiple sources.
- Provide time‑critical recommendations to clients under pressure.
- Collaborate with requirements managers, operators, analysts, and national/tactical operations teams.
- Mentor and share insights with other technical specialists.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience with digital RF detection and conditioning.
- Knowledge of RF operations activities and ability to work a 24/7 shift rotation.
- Active TS/SCI clearance (or willingness to obtain) and ability to obtain medical and psychological clearance.
- HS diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
