Revenue Manager

About the role

Journey Beyond, Australia’s leading experiential tourism group, is seeking a Revenue Manager to drive profitability across its diverse portfolio of iconic travel experiences. You will develop and execute pricing strategies, manage inventory, and use data‑driven insights to maximise revenue while enhancing the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously refine dynamic pricing models.
• Set and monitor pickup and channel targets for all sales channels.
• Analyse market trends, competitor pricing and consumer demand to inform pricing decisions.
• Produce financial reports and track key performance indicators such as occupancy, yield and gross margin.
• Manage pricing for online travel agencies and allocate wholesale group inventory.
• Identify revenue‑growth opportunities and recommend process improvements.
