Retail Store Manager – Perth

About the role

Sephora is seeking an experienced retail leader to act as the role model for a high‑performing store team in Perth. You will embody the Sephora DNA, delivering a curated, innovative prestige‑beauty experience while driving sales and developing talent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team by showcasing the Sephora experience and maintaining a selling culture that exceeds KPI targets.
• Coach, mentor and develop Senior Beauty Advisors, fostering continuous growth and performance improvement.
• Interpret reporting data and collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to make informed operational decisions.
• Provide clear, consistent communication and feedback to both team members and senior management.
• Act as Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast‑member matters, making confident store decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Oversee all store functions, including beauty, skincare, haircare, wellness, sales, back‑of‑house operations, stock control and visual merchandising.

Required profile

• Australian citizen or permanent resident.
• Availability to work a 38‑hour rotating roster, including late‑night, weekend and public‑holiday shifts.
• Proven retail management experience covering profit & loss, sales forecasting, people management, training, stock control and visual merchandising.
• Hands‑on leader who enjoys being on the sales floor, motivating and coaching staff.
• Passion for exceptional client service and experiential retail.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for data entry and daily reporting.
