Retail Store Manager – Perth

About the role

Sephora is seeking a dynamic retail leader to oversee its Perth store. You will champion the Sephora experience, drive sales performance, and develop a high‑performing team across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness categories.

Key responsibilities

• Model Sephora’s DNA by delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience to customers.
• Lead a selling culture that exceeds KPIs and continuously raises team capability through coaching and development.
• Interpret reporting data and support operational decisions in partnership with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Provide clear, consistent feedback and maintain open communication with both the team and senior management.
• Act as Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast‑member matters, making confident store decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Oversee all store functions, including sales, back‑of‑house operations, stock control and visual merchandising.

Required profile

• Australian citizen or permanent resident.
• Previous retail management experience with profit & loss responsibility, sales forecasting, people management, training, stock control and visual merchandising.
• Availability to work a 38‑hour rotating roster, including late‑night, weekend and public‑holiday shifts, with at least five full days during peak trading periods.
• Hands‑on leader who enjoys being on the sales floor, motivating and coaching team members.
• Passion for exceptional client service and experiential retail that reflects the Sephora brand.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for data entry and daily reporting.
