About the role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our Bankstown showroom. You will inspire a passionate team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales for a leading luxury furniture brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the Bankstown showroom team, fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement.
• Deliver consultative sales service, leveraging deep product knowledge to meet customer needs.
• Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute strategies that grow business performance.
• Maintain the showroom to an impeccable standard that reflects the brand’s quality.
• Resolve customer enquiries professionally, ensuring outstanding outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven retail sales experience, preferably in furniture or other high‑value categories such as jewellery, automotive, bedding, or luxury travel.
• Confident, approachable communication style with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Genuine passion for coaching and developing team members.
