About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic retail professionals to join our Dr Martens stores across Australia. In this role you will support the management team to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the management team in achieving sales targets and delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
• Maintain store standards, stock levels, and visual merchandising.
• Provide knowledgeable product advice and exceptional customer service.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet store needs.

Required profile

• Proven customer‑service experience in retail, hospitality or similar environments.
• Strong commitment to delivering an unforgettable shopping experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, energetic team setting.
• Self‑motivated with a willingness to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Full availability for late‑night shifts and weekends.
