Retail Sales Assistant – Chermside

About the role

Join Ghanda Clothing as a Retail Sales Assistant in Chermside and become part of the #GhandaGang. You will be the front‑line ambassador delivering the brand experience to every customer who walks through the doors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and ensure each customer receives the full Ghanda experience.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale system, handle transactions and perform till reconciliation.
• Maintain store presentation to visual‑merchandising standards and brand guidelines.
• Receive stock deliveries, manage inventory control and keep the shop floor well‑stocked.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong alignment with Ghanda’s brand values.
• Flexible availability, including school holidays.
• Reliable personal transport.
• Retail or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
