About the role
We are looking for a friendly, reliable Retail Clerk to join our family‑run store in Perth. The role is part‑time and involves direct interaction with customers, handling transactions and keeping the shop tidy and well‑stocked.
Key responsibilities
- Operate the cash register, process sales and handle customer payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including regular cleaning tasks.
- Stock shelves, replenish merchandise and ensure product displays are attractive.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide friendly service.
- Work flexible shifts – mornings, afternoons or evening closing as needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a retail or customer‑facing role is an asset.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable handling cash and performing basic arithmetic.
