Retail Associate – Dispenser

About the role

Join the OPSM team in Toowoomba as a Retail Associate (Dispenser) and help customers discover the perfect eyewear. No prior optical experience is required – we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure you deliver an exceptional in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through the selection, styling and personalisation of high‑fashion frames from luxury brands such as CHANEL, Ray‑Ban, PRADA, Gucci and Tiffany & Co.
• Demonstrate and explain cutting‑edge smart eyewear technology, including Ray‑Ban Meta, Oakley Meta and Nuance Audio glasses.
• Provide accurate product information, answer customer queries and ensure a smooth purchasing process.
• Maintain a clean, organised retail environment and uphold visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for eye care and fashion eyewear.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team‑first attitude with a commitment to an inclusive workplace.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Required skills

• Familiarity with smart eyewear technology (e.g., Ray‑Ban Meta, Oakley Meta, Nuance Audio glasses).
