Retail Assistant – Beauty Advisor

About the role

Join Sephora as a Retail Assistant and become a trusted Beauty Advisor for our customers in Karrinyup. You will work across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness categories, helping shoppers discover products that match their personal style and needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, personalized customer experience in the store.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new product launches, beauty trends and techniques.
• Educate customers on Sephora’s CRM program and its benefits.
• Participate in cross‑training and in‑store beauty expert sessions.
• Collaborate with fellow Beauty Advisors to share knowledge and drive sales.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑facing experience in a retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping customers feel their best.
• Availability for three full days during peak trading times, including evenings and weekends (Thursday‑Sunday).
• Commitment to continuous learning and brand knowledge development.

Required skills

• Customer service orientation.
• Basic knowledge of beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness products.
