About the role

The Melting Pot, Australia’s largest fondue restaurant franchise, is looking for enthusiastic team members to join its Melbourne location. Opportunities are available across the front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house, including server, server assistant, hospitality specialist and kitchen roles.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, friendly service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Assist servers with table setup, order taking, and delivering food and beverages.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining and kitchen environment.
• Support hospitality specialists in managing reservations and guest inquiries.
• Prepare and present fondue dishes according to restaurant standards.
