About the role

Atria, a restaurant on Level 80 of The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne, is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor. The role leads the team in delivering a refined, luxury dining experience that celebrates Australian produce and seasonality, with a curated wine program and panoramic city views. It is a full-time, non-management position.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team in delivering memorable guest experiences through intuitive service, warm hospitality and genuine connection.
• Anticipate guest needs, personalise their experience and exceed expectations at every touchpoint.
• Mentor and coach a high-performing team of hospitality professionals, recognising and empowering them.
• Uphold Atria's standards, from service delivery to venue presentation.
• Build a loyal community of returning guests and foster an environment where guests and team members feel valued.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a managerial role.
