Restaurant Manager

About the role

Lead a team of 20–50 staff in a fast‑casual restaurant environment, delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth across new locations in Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Drive team engagement and results, overseeing daily operations, rostering, recruitment, stock management and compliance.
• Manage profit & loss, budgets and KPIs to ensure smooth restaurant performance.
• Conduct regular check‑ins, performance reviews and development plans to grow team members.
• Run the Local Matters program to support and engage with the community.

• Ability to manage a large team and handle operational responsibilities.
