About the role

Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, coach and train the team, and manage the restaurant's profit and loss. The role demands maintaining top‑quality standards, following all procedures, and embodying the GYG spirit.

Required profile

Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast‑paced, high‑energy setting
Strong financial and commercial acumen with ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities
Proven success in meeting KPI targets
Track record of delivering outstanding customer service
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
