About the role

As a Restaurant Manager at Zeus Street Greek you will take full ownership of the restaurant, leading the team to deliver exceptional food, service and culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Inspire and develop the leadership team and drive performance through people.
  • Manage the restaurant’s P&L, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

Required profile

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities.
  • Proven track record of achieving and driving KPIs.
  • Outstanding customer service capability.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
