About the role

As the Restaurant Manager at Guzman y Gomez, you will lead daily operations, coach and train your team, and manage the restaurant’s P&L while upholding the highest standards of quality and brand spirit.

Required profile

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities.
• Proven track record of meeting KPI’s and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
