About the role
Zeus Street Greek is looking for a Restaurant Manager for its Green Hills location. You will take full ownership of the restaurant and lead the delivery of exceptional food, service and team culture. It is a hands-on leadership role where you will inspire and develop your team, drive performance through people and manage the restaurant's P&L.
Required profile
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Proven track record of achieving and driving KPIs
- Outstanding customer service capability
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ideally strong financial and commercial acumen, able to spot sales and P&L opportunities and partner with the team on solutions
