About the role

Nando’s is inviting experienced hospitality professionals to join its leadership team as Restaurant Managers or Assistant Restaurant Managers across multiple Perth locations. This full‑time, onsite role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring service standards and food quality.
• Manage and develop front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) requirements.
• Drive sales, control costs and achieve financial targets.
• Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with Nando’s values.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality leadership or a strong desire to step into a management role.
• Positive energy, teamwork orientation and a commitment to Nando’s values.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain RSA accreditation where applicable.

Required skills

• RSA accreditation (or ability to obtain).
